信息化时代对课程完成形式提出了更高的要求,理论性较强的课程如何应对这一局面成为一个现实问题。基于此,针对服务质量管理这门理论性较强的课程采用小规模定制的SPOC方式,以线上教学模式为主,线下适度开展相关实践活动这一混合式教学模式,以此对以上问题做出回应。
