An Analysis of Tao Xingzhi's Labor Education Thought:Purpose,Content and Method

二十世纪著名教育家陶行知在其生活教育理论中直接或间接地阐明了许多关于劳动教育思想的真知灼见,其中包括:(1)劳动教育与“手脑相长”等的目的相一致;(2)在劳动教育内容上,提出激发劳动创造性而不能局限于劳动书籍,需要与生活实际紧密结合,更需适应生活之变化的主张;(3)在劳动教育方式上,强调依生活环境开展劳动教育,不受时间、空间的限制、可与农业携手互助的见识。陶行知劳动教育思想在把握劳动教育育人导向、完善劳动教育课程设置、丰富劳动教育开展方式等方面的诸多见解具有丰富的理论和现实价值,对我们今天的教育也是一个很的借鉴。

Tao Xingzhi,a famous educator in the 20th century,directly or indirectly clarified many insights about labor education thought in his life education theory,including:(1)Labor education is related to the purpose of“hands and brains.”Consistent;(2)In the content of labor education,it is proposed to stimulate labor creativity and not limited to labor books.It needs to be closely inte-grated with the reality of life,and it needs to adapt to changes in life;(3)In labor education methods,it emphasizes living according to life.Environmental labor education is not limited by time and space,and the insight that it can work with agriculture to help each other.Tao Xingzhi's thoughts on labor education have rich theoretical and practical value in grasping the guidance of labor education and educating people,improving the curriculum of labor education,and enriching labor education development methods.They are al-so a very reference for our education today.
