重视“无为而治” 做好班主任工作

班主任事务繁杂,应该在重重压力之下努力改变自己,学会“无为而治”。班主任要想做到无为而治,促进有为,就要构建良好的师生关系,明确责任,考虑平均偏差,还要适当放松心情。要想做到以生治生,引导学生自治自管,就要下放班主任的管理权力,隐蔽班主任的教育意图,发挥班主任的榜样作用,同时还要转变思想观念。

The head teacher's affairs are complicated,so he should try his best to change himself under heavy pressure and learn to"rule by doing nothing".If the head teacher wants to govern by inaction and promote promising,he should build a good relationship between teachers and students,clarify the responsibility,consider the average deviation,and relax appropriately.If head teacher want to manage students by students and guide students to be autonomous,they should decentralize the management power of the head teacher,conceal the educational intention of the head teacher,give full play to the role of the head teacher as an example,and change our ideas at the same time.
