摘要
钢渣是炼钢过程产生的副产物,如果不进行妥善处理,不但占用土地,而且对环境造成严重影响。本文选取转炉钢渣作为集料,设计出SUP-13沥青混合料,与常规沥青混合料进行水稳定性、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、疲劳性能、抗剪性能对比,并依托实体工程开展应用研究及经济性分析。结果表明,钢渣沥青混凝土不但综合性能优于常规沥青混凝土,而且经济效益显著。
Slag is the by-product of steel-making.If not used or treated effectively,it will occupy a large amount of land,and will have serious impact on the environment.In this paper,converter steel slag was selected as the aggregate,and SUP-13 asphalt mixture was designed.Its water stability,high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,fatigue performance,and shear resistance were compared with the conventional mixtures.Also,applied research and economic analysis were carried out based on practical projects.The results show that steel slag asphalt mixture not only has better comprehensive performance than conventional mixtures,but also has significant economic benefits.
