山区高速公路后续服务工作要点研究

Study on the Key Points of Follow-up Service of Expressway in Mountainous Area

为了研究承接山区高速公路设计和施工后的后续服务工作,对项目管理、质量控制、方案执行、现场服务等环节进行分析,对后续服务工作在勘察设计、施工期及运营期各阶段的工作进行了总结。结合多个项目的实践经验,使用总结法对勘察设计各环节及施工配合过程中的工作进行梳理,总结出了提高公路后续服务工作水平的要点。

In order to study and undertake the follow-up service work after the design and construction of mountainous expressway,the project management,quality control,scheme implementation,field service and other links were analyzed,and the follow-up service work in the survey and design,construction and operation stages were summarized.Combined with the practical experience of several projects,this paper uses the summary method to sort out the work in each link of survey and design and construction cooperation process,and summarizes the key points to improve the level of highway follow-up service.
