浅议市政道路施工安全管理

Safety Management of Municipal Road Construction

针对传统市政道路施工管理体系的管理模式存在的安全管理不足问题,从施工过程中的安全管理、安全管理制度落实情况、安全生产投入等方面分析了施工过程安全管理存在的问题,发现在安全隐患排查、安全培训和制度落实、安全专项资金使用等方面还存在改进空间,对此提出加强项目管理人员安全管理意识和人员业务素养、加大对所承建工程项目存在的危险潜在性分析,有效管控市政道路施工现场的潜在安全隐患,确保安全管理防控措施要落实到位。通过设置专项资金的投入和论证、加强安全技术交底、加强安全生产过程验收等措施养成安全生产管理的习惯,从系统中解决市政项目安全生产管理的风险,提高施工安全性。

Aiming at the problems of safety management under the traditional management mode of municipal road construction management system,the paper analyzes the problems of safety management in the construction process from the aspects of safety management in the construction process,implementation of safety management system,safety production investment,etc.,and finds that there are still some problems in the aspects of safety hidden danger investigation,safety training and system implementation,use of safety special funds,etc.It is proposed to strengthen the safety management awareness and professional quality of project management personnel,increase the risk analysis of the construction project,effectively control the potential safety hidden danger of municipal road construction site,and ensure that the safety management prevention and control measures should be implemented in place;through setting up special fund investment and demonstration,strengthening safety technical disclosure,and strengthening safety production,it is ponible to solve the risk of municipal project safety production management from the system and improve the construction safety.
