摘要
目的研究磷硅酸钙钠凝胶剂在青少年正畸治疗中预防牙釉质脱矿及再矿化修复的效果。方法将50例行正畸治疗的青少年患者(共1060颗牙齿)随机分为对照组和观察组,各25例(分别为546颗牙齿、514颗牙齿)。两组患者均在常规酸蚀牙面后粘结直丝弓托槽进行正畸治疗,对照组使用含氟牙膏刷牙,观察组在对照组基础上,刷牙后使用棉签蘸取磷硅酸钙钠凝胶剂,涂抹于托槽周围牙面。比较两组患者治疗后3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月牙周指标(菌斑指数、改良出血指数)、牙釉质脱矿白垩斑性病变情况及牙釉质脱矿情况。结果治疗后3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月,观察组患者的菌斑指数、改良出血指数、牙釉质脱矿白垩斑性病变评分、牙釉质脱矿发生率、牙釉质脱矿程度、牙釉质脱矿指数均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论磷硅酸钙钠凝胶剂可有效地预防青少年正畸治疗中牙釉质脱矿的发生,改善牙周指标,有助于促进牙釉质的再矿化修复。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Actimins gel preparation for preventing enamel demineralization and promoting remineralization repair in adolescents undergoing orthodontic treatment.Methods Fifty adolescents(totally 1060 teeth involved)undergoing orthodontic treatment were randomly divided into control group(25 cases involving 546 teeth)and observation group(25 cases involving 514 teeth).Patients in the two groups were given straight-wire brackets bonding with the tooth surface eroded conventionally for orthodontic treatment.The control group used fluorine toothpaste to brush their teeth,based on which the observation group brushed their teeth followed by applying Actimins gel preparation to the surface of surrounding teeth of the brackets using cotton swab.The periodontal indexes(plaque index,modified bleeding index),the condition of white spot lesions in accordance with enamel demineralization,and enamel demineralization were compared between the two groups three,six,nine and 12 months after treatment.Results Three,six,nine and 12 months after treatment,the observation group had lower plaque index and modified bleeding index,lower scores of white spot lesions in accordance with enamel demineralization,decreased incidence rate of enamel demineralization,reduced enamel demineralization degree,and lower enamel demineralization index as compared with the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Actimins gel preparation can effectively prevent enamel demineralization and improve periodontal indexes in adolescent orthodontic treatment,which contributes to promoting enamel remineralization repair.
