固本育阴膏联合右佐匹克隆片治疗阴虚火旺型亚健康失眠的疗效观察

Effect of Guben Yuyin Ointment combined with Dexzopiclone Tablets on subhealth insomnia with hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency

目的观察固本育阴膏联合右佐匹克隆片治疗阴虚火旺型亚健康失眠的临床疗效。方法将80例阴虚火旺型亚健康失眠患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。两组患者均给予右佐匹克隆片治疗,观察组加用固本育阴膏治疗;两组疗程均为8周。记录并对比两组治疗后的疗效及两组治疗前后的阴虚体质评分、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、临床总体印象量表(CGI)评分、生活质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分、多导睡眠监测指标。结果治疗后,观察组疗效、PSQI评分好于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组WHOQOL-BREF的生理、心理、环境、社会关系评分及多导睡眠监测指标的觉醒次数、觉醒时间、潜伏期、睡眠效率均较对照组改善,且观察组患者CGI评分随时间下降的趋势优于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论固本育阴膏联合右佐匹克隆片治疗阴虚火旺型亚健康失眠疗效好,能有效改善患者睡眠质量,提高患者生活质量,安全性高。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Guben Yuyin Ointment combined with Dexzopiclone Tablets for the treatment of subhealth insomnia with hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency.Methods Eighty patients with subhealth insomnia with hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Dexzopiclone Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Guben Yuyin Ointment additionally;the course of treatment was eight weeks in both groups.Post-treatment efficacy,as well as the score for yin-deficiency constitution,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,the Clinical Global Impression(CGI)score,the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)score and polysomnographic indexes before and after treatment were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group was superior to the control group in efficacy and PSQI score(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores for physiology,psychology,environment and social relation domains on WHOQOL-BREF,and polysomnographic indexes(number of wake after sleep onset,duration of wake after sleep onset,sleep latency,and sleep efficiency)were improved in both groups in comparison with the controls,moreover,the observation group was superior to the control group in CGI score with a tendency to decrease over time(all P<0.05).No evident adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Guben Yuyin Ointment combined with Dexzopiclone Tablets has a favorable efficacy for subhealth insomnia with hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency,which can effectively improve patients′sleep quality and quality of life and achieve high safety.
