摘要
随着我国工业水平的不断提升,对冶金企业的生产效率也提出了更高的要求,在这样的环境下,对金属新型材料的电气自动化控制成为了冶金企业的研究重点。基于此,本文对冶金企业开展金属新型材料电气自动化控制的相关内容展开研究,从冶金企业电气自动化控制的技术特征出发,对自动化生产、继电保护以及自动化生产检测等流程加以分析,并以此为基础提出一系列提升自动化控制水平的有效举措。
With the continuous improvement of China’s industrial level,higher requirements are put forward for the production efficiency of metallurgical enterprises.In such an environment,the electrical automation control of new metal materials has become the research focus of metallurgical enterprises.Based on this,this paper studies the relevant contents of the electrical automation control of new metal materials in metallurgical enterprises.Starting from the technical characteristics of electrical automation control in metallurgical enterprises,it analyzes the processes of automatic production,relay protection and automatic production detection,and puts forward a series of effective measures to improve the level of automation control.
