摘要
某黄金冶炼废液沉淀渣中金银品位较高,开展了传统熔炼火法回收和直接氰化炭浸湿法回收两种工艺试验研究。结果表明:采用熔炼火法回收处理工艺,金综合回收率为93.38%,银综合回收率为94.58%;采用直接氰化炭浸湿法回收工艺,金浸出率为99.82%,银浸出率为98.89%,工业生产实践取得金综合回收率97.89%理想指标。综合比较,推荐采用直接氰化炭浸湿法回收工艺。
The gold and silver grade in the precipitation slag of a gold smelting waste liquid is high,and the two processes of traditional smelting pyrometallurgical recovery and direct cyaniding carbon soaking recovery were studied.The results showed that the comprehensive recovery rate of gold and silver was 93.38% and 94.58% respectively,and that of gold and silver was 99.82% and 98.89% respectively by the direct cyanide-carbon leaching process,in industrial production,the ideal recovery rate of gold was 97.89%.By comprehensive comparison,the direct cyaniding carbon leaching recovery process is recommended.
