摘要
为解决传统冶金机械设备振动控制技术控制波特率低的问题,设计冶金机械设备振动控制技术。采集、处理冶金机械设备振动控制信号,分析冶金机械设备振动功率相关性,计算冶金机械设备振动控制频率,发送冶金机械设备振动控制数据,实现冶金机械设备振动控制。设计实例分析,结果表明,设计控制技术控制波特率高于对照组4倍左右,能够解决传统冶金机械设备振动控制技术控制波特率低的问题。
In order to solve the problem of low baud rate of traditional vibration control technology of metallurgical machinery,the vibration control technology of metallurgical machinery is designed.Collect and process the vibration control signals of metallurgical machinery,analyze the vibration power correlation of metallurgical machinery,calculate the vibration control frequency of metallurgical machinery,and send the vibration control data of metallurgical machinery to realize the vibration control of metallurgical machinery.The results show that the baud rate of the design control technology is about 4 times higher than that of the control group,which can solve the problem of low baud rate of the vibration control technology of traditional metallurgical machinery equipment.
