摘要
德国罗威邦公司的氨氮测定仪,操作方便,精密度好,但进口氨氮试剂比较昂贵。选矿废水中氨氮的测定是一项重要指标,研究替代试剂测定选矿废水中的氨氮,不仅降低了测定成本,还解决了试剂环保问题。研发的氨氮替代试剂和罗威邦进口试剂测定结果相比较,结果表明,用替代氨氮试剂测定选矿废水中的氨氮,当废水中氨氮含量在0mg/l~50mg/l之间时,采用该替代试剂测定结果和进口试剂的测定结果相对误差为-1.24%~0.99%,达到HJ 536—2009中的要求。
The ammonia nitrogen analyzer of German Rowe Bang company is easy to operate and has good precision,but the imported ammonia nitrogen reagent is more expensive.The determination of ammonia nitrogen in mineral processing wastewater is an important index.The study of alternative reagent for the determination of ammonia nitrogen in mineral processing wastewater not only reduces the cost of determination,but also solves the problem of reagent environmental protection.The results show that when the ammonia nitrogen content in the wastewater is between 0mg/L~50mg/L,the relative error between the determination results of the substitute reagent and the imported reagent is-1.24%~0.99%,which meets the requirements of HJ536-2009.
