摘要
卡套接头与其连接管的连接是一种特殊密封结构,针对其匹配密封性,在气压、水压检验基础上提出了更严格的密封性检漏要求,要求在充正气压的条件下应能对泄漏部位进行定位同时对泄漏率进行半定量检测。文中结合要求分析了卡套接头与其连接管的密封结构特点,总结气压、水压检验的检测工艺流程和不足,提出了采用正压氦质谱检漏方法,通过氦质谱仪搭建检漏系统,合理选择正压法吸枪技术对组件进行密封性检测。试验实施效果良好,结果表明氦质谱检漏相较于气压、水压检验更加灵敏、准确,更能验证密封结构的可靠性,提出正压氦质谱检漏方法在卡套接头与其连接管密封的检测中,应注意检测的背景环境、密封连接重点部位检测时扫查速率和距离的控制等问题。
The connection between the fitting tube and its connecting pipe was a special sealing structure.In view of its matching sealing,stricter sealing leak detection requirements on the basis of air pressure and water pressure inspection were put forward.Under the condition of positive air pressure,it was required to be able to locate the leaking parts and carry out semi quantitative detection of the leakage rate.This paper analyzed the sealing structure characteristics of the fitting tube and its connecting pipe,summarized the detection process and shortcomings of the air pressure and water pressure inspection,proposed to use the positive pressure helium mass spectrometer leak detection method,built the leak detection system through the helium mass spectrometer,and reasonably selected the positive pressure suction gun technology to detect the sealing of the components.The results of experiment is good and the results show that the helium mass spectrometer leak detection is more sensitive and accurate than the air pressure and water pressure test,and it can verify the reliability of the sealing structure.The positive pressure helium mass spectrometer leak detection method was proposed in the detection of the sealing of the fitting tube and its connecting pipe,which should be paid attention to,such as the problems of background environment of detection,the scanning speed and distance control when the key parts of the sealing connection are detected.
