摘要
为了更高效完成气田单井管线与输气干管动火连头作业,经过长期总结,采用不停输开孔的方式进行施工较方便。气田干管与单井管线连头优化后工艺核心是先将一个开孔四通焊接在输气干管上,焊接完成后将开孔机安装在四通管口上并对开孔机进行试压,试压合格后将四通支管与天然气单井管线进行连头焊接,用氮气置换四通内与单井管线内空气,再用井口内的天然气对四通及开孔机进行压力平衡,然后用开孔机进行开孔,将单井气体输送到主管道内。优化后的四通不停输开孔连头安全高效,施工简单。
In order to more efficiently complete the gas field single well pipeline and gas transmission trunk ignition joint operation,after a long summary,it is more convenient to adopt the way of opening continuously.After optimizing the connection between gas field trunk pipe and single well pipeline,the process core is to weld an open four-way pipe on the gas transmission trunk pipe,after the completion of welding,install the hole opener on the four-way pipe opening and conduct pressure test on the hole opener.After qualified pressure test,the four-way branch pipe is jointed with the single well pipeline of natural gas,the air in the four-way pipe and single well pipeline is replaced with nitrogen.The gas balances the pressure of the four-way and the perforator,then opens the hole with the perforator,and carries the gas from a single well into the main pipeline.The optimized four-way continuous opening joint is safe and efficient,and the construction is simple.
