摘要
营养不良是增加患者住院日、病死率和并发症的独立危险因素。危重症患者由于疾病本身,导致机体发生严重的代谢紊乱,使其更容易发生营养不良,导致不良的预后,积极对患者进行营养支持极为重要,与患者的预后息息相关。本文就重症患者的营养状况、营养不良的影响因素、营养不良对预后的影响、重症患者的营养评估以及NUTRIC评分在重症患者营养风险筛查的应用等几个方面进行阐述。
Malnutrition is an independent risk factor that increases the length of hospital stay,mortality and complications.Critically ill patients suffer from severe metabolic disorders due to the disease itself,making them more prone to malnutrition,leading to poor prognosis.Active nutritional support is extremely important and closely related to the patient's prognosis.This article describes the nutritional status of critically ill patients,the influencing factors of malnutrition,the impact of malnutrition on the prognosis,the nutritional assessment of severely ill patients,and the application of NUTRIC score in the nutritional risk screening of critically ill patients.
