巴林特小组活动对急诊科护士共情能力及职业倦怠感的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨巴林特小组活动对急诊科护士共情能力及职业倦怠感的作用。方法选取2019年2月1日~28日新疆医科大学附属5所三级甲等医院急诊科护士100名作为研究对象,每月定期开展巴林特小组活动,比较培训前后急诊科护士的共情能力和职业倦怠感。结果活动后,急诊科护士观点采择、情感护理、换位思考等维度的共情能力均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);急诊科护士的去人格化、情绪衰竭评分较培训前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);急诊科护士个人成就感评分较培训前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论巴林特小组活动能提高急诊科护士共情能力,降低其职业倦怠感,有助于建立良好的护患关系,提高护理质量。 Objective To explore the effect of Balint group activities on empathy and job burnout of emergency nurses.Methods 100 nurses from the emergency department of 5 tertiary A hospitals affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University from February 1st to 28th,2019 were selected as the research subjects.The Balint group activities were carried out regularly every month to compare the empathy ability of emergency department nurses before and after the training and burnout.Results After the activity,the empathy ability of the emergency nurses in the dimensions of viewpoint taking,emotional nursing,and empathy were all higher than before the training,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The scores of depersonalization and emotional exhaustion of nurses in the emergency department were lower than before training,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The personal achievement score of emergency nurses was higher than that before training,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Balint group activities can improve the empathy of emergency nurses,reduce their job burnout,and help establish a good nurse-patient relationship and improve the quality of care.
