瞬感扫描式葡萄糖监测系统在老年糖尿病患者中的应用

Application of Instantaneous Scanning Glucose Monitoring System in Elderly Patients with Diabetes

目的探究瞬感扫描式葡萄糖检测系统在老年糖尿病患者血糖监测中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月~2020年1月解放军总医院住院的100例老年糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各50例。两组均给予规范的糖尿病健康教育与管理,对照组给予常规指尖采血自我监测血糖,实验组给予瞬感扫描式葡萄糖监测系统,比较两组监测前后血糖相关指标、低血糖发生情况、满意度及监测血糖的依从性。结果两组监测后糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐前血糖、餐后2小时血糖、睡前血糖、甘油三酯较监测前降低,且实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组低血糖发生次数为(1.15±0.72)次/人,低于对照组的(2.81±0.38)次/人,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组满意度、监测血糖依从性良好率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瞬感扫描式葡萄糖监测系统可以有效改善老年糖尿病患者血糖相关指标,降低低血糖发生几率,提高患者监测血糖的依从性及满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of instantaneous scanning glucose detection system in blood glucose monitoring of elderly diabetic patients.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with diabetes who were hospitalized in the PLA General Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were given standardized diabetes health education and management.The control group was given routine fingertip blood sampling and self-monitoring of blood glucose,and the experimental group was given a transient scanning glucose monitoring system.The two groups were compared with blood glucose related indicators before and after monitoring,the occurrence of hypoglycemia,and satisfaction and monitor blood glucose compliance.Results After monitoring,glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose,pre meal blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,bedtime blood glucose and triglyceride of the two groups were lower than before monitoring,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of occurrences of hypoglycemia in the experimental group was(1.15±0.72)times/person,which was lower than(2.81±0.38)times/person in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of the experimental group and the compliance rate of blood glucose monitoring were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The instantaneous scanning glucose monitoring system can effectively improve the blood glucose-related indicators of elderly diabetic patients,reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia,and improve the compliance and satisfaction of patients with blood glucose monitoring.
