中医适宜技术用于改善乳腺癌术后化疗患者焦虑情绪和胃肠道反应的效果

Effect of TCM Appropriate Technology on Improving Anxiety and Gastrointestinal Reaction in Patients with Postoperative Chemotherapy of Breast Cancer

目的观察中医适宜技术在改善乳腺癌术后化疗患者焦虑情绪和胃肠道反应的效果。方法选取2018年10月~2019年10月我院诊治的96例乳腺癌术后化疗患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用中医适宜技术,比较两组临床干预前后焦虑评分、胃肠道反应(恶心、呕吐、腹泻)症状评分及胃肠道反应严重程度分级情况。结果两组干预后焦虑评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组恶心、呕吐、腹泻症状评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胃肠道反应严重程度0、1、2级发生率均高于对照组,3、4级发生率均低于与对照组(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌术后化疗患者应用中医适宜技术,有助于缓解患者焦虑情绪,减轻胃肠道反应程度,效果确切,值得应用。

Objective To observe the effects of appropriate Chinese medicine techniques in improving anxiety and gastrointestinal reactions in patients undergoing chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery.Methods A total of 96 patients undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by a random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group applied appropriate TCM techniques on the basis of the control group to compare the anxiety scores,gastrointestinal reaction(nausea,vomiting,diarrhea)symptom scores and the severity of gastrointestinal reactions between the two groups before and after clinical intervention.Results The anxiety scores of the two groups after the intervention were lower than those before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the scores of nausea,vomiting,and diarrhea in the two groups were lower than before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of severity of gastrointestinal reactions in the observation group was higher than that of the control group for grades 0,1,and 2,and the incidence of grades 3 and 4 were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of appropriate TCM techniques to patients undergoing chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery can help relieve anxiety and reduce gastrointestinal reactions.The effect is definite and it is worth applying.
