摘要
人工机械抛光方式研磨水轮发电机组推力轴承镜板,耗时费力效率低,后经创新创效制作的电动式镜板研磨机,提高了研磨效率和降低人员劳动强度。为了进一步提高现场运维装备水平和检修工艺质量,在电动研磨方式的基础上,与外委单位合作研发并加工制作出了更加智能化的镜板研磨机,简化了复杂工序,并提高了镜板的研磨效率和抛光效果。
The grinding of the thrust runner collar in hydro-turbine generator unit by manual mechanical polishing is rather time-consuming and inefficient.Electric grinder is thus developed to improve the grinding efficiency and reduce the labor intensity.To further improve the in-situ operation and maintenance equipment level and the quality of the maintenance work,an intelligent thrust runner collar grinder is designed and manufactured.The complex working process is simplified,and the grinding efficiency and polishing effect are largely improved.
