摘要
研究设计的调速器综合实训平台,集成了低油压调速器、高油压调速器和抽水蓄能调速器的机械液压系统和控制功能。三种类型调速器能够根据培训需求进行安全、可靠的人工切换,结合水轮机仿真系统输出的频率、功率等信号模拟真实机组调速系统的各种运行工况,满足水电站技术人员了解和学习多种控制及工况的水轮机调速器的实训需求,达到了对员工进行培训和考核的目的。
A comprehensive training platform of governor operation is designed,in which the mechanical hydraulic systems and control functions of three types of governors are integrated,including low oil pressure governor,high oil pressure governor and pumped storage governor.The three types of governors can be safely and reliably switched manually following the training requirements.Thus,various operating conditions of the real governing system can be simulated based on the frequency and power data from the hydro-turbine simulation system.Technical personnel of hydropower stations can understand and learn the control methods and operation conditions of hydro-turbine unit governors.
