摘要 通过建立以智能安全帽作为终端的安全风险智能管控系统,对智能安全帽实时动态跟踪的重要区域、重点部位人员活动情况,采集生产现场实时信息,并结合两票管理及时发出预警信息,规范作业人员行为及时纠正错误,防止安全生产事故发生。实现安全生产的系统化、科学化、标准化和精细化管理,提高企业安全管理水平,有效防范了各类意外事故的发生。 A production safety risk management system is developed and applied in Zhentouba Hydropower Station,in which the intelligent safety helmet is adopted as the management terminal.The real-time in-situ production information of key personal in key areas is collected with the intelligent safety helmet.Then,following the“two tickets”management requirement,early warning messages are sent out promptly to standardize the behavior of operators and correct their mistakes to prevent production safety accidents.With the management system,a systematic,scientific,standardized and delicate management of the production is realized.The safety management level of the enterprise is greatly improved and production accidents are effectively prevented.
