摘要
采用静态坩埚法进行抗渣(高炉渣和脱硫渣)侵蚀试验,研究了高炉渣和脱硫渣对硅溶胶结合Al_(2)O_(3)-SiC-C质浇注料的侵蚀,并借助SEM、EDS、XRD等方法对静态坩埚抗渣试样进行了显微结构、元素分布和物相组成分析。结果表明,CaO、SiO 2和FeO含量相对较高的脱硫渣对静态坩埚抗渣试样的侵蚀能力较强。这是因为CaO、SiO 2和FeO与试样中基质部分的Al_(2)O_(3)发生反应,生成低熔点的化合物,加剧了Al_(2)O_(3)-SiC-C质浇注料的侵蚀。
Effect of blast furnace slag and desulfurized slag on the corrosion of silica sol bonded Al_(2)O_(3)-SiC-C castables was studied by means of static crucible slag corrosion method.Tthe microstructure,the element distribution and the mineral phase of crucible samples after slag corrosion experiment were analyzed by means of SEM,EDS and XRD.The results show that the desulfurized slag with relatively high contents of CaO,SiO 2 and FeO has stronger corrosion to the sample.The reason is that CaO,SiO 2 and FeO react with Al_(2)O_(3) in the matrix of the sample forming low melting point compounds,which aggravate the corrosion of Al_(2)O_(3)-SiC-C castables.
