宫颈环形电圈电切术与宫颈冷刀锥切术治疗宫颈高级别上皮内瘤变的疗效比较

Comparison on the difference between loop electrosurgical excision procedure and cold knife conization in the treatment of high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

目的:探讨宫颈环形电圈电切术(LEEP)与宫颈冷刀锥切术(CKC)治疗宫颈高级别上皮内瘤变的疗效差异。方法:选择2017年1月—2019年12月收治的宫颈高级别上皮内瘤变患者80例,根据数字表法随机分为LEEP组与CKC组,每组40例。LEEP组给予LEEP治疗,CKC组给予CKC治疗。比较两组治疗后临床疗效、手术指标、并发症、复发率及妊娠情况。结果:LEEP组治疗总有效率和正常妊娠率高于CKC组,手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、并发症发生率和复发率明显低于CKC组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:LEEP术治疗宫颈高级别上皮内瘤变疗效较好,手术时间短,术中出血量少,正常妊娠率高,复发率低,与CKC比较具有明显优势。

Objective:To explore the difference of the efficacy of loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)and cervical cold knife conization(CKC)in the treatment of high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods:Eighty patients with high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia who treated in hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into LEEP group and CKC group,40 cases in each group,and given LEEP and CKC treatment respectively.The clinical efficacy,surgical indicators,complications and recurrence rate and pregnancy of the two groups before and after treatment were comparatively analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of treatment and the normal pregnancy rate in the LEEP group were higher than those in the CKC group.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,complication rate and recurrence rate were significantly lower than those in the CKC group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:LEEP is effective in the treatment of high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,with short operation time,less intraoperative blood loss,high normal pregnancy rate,and low recurrence rate,which has a significant advantage compared with CKC treatment.
