拉贝洛尔联合音乐疗法对妊娠高血压患者分娩结局和产后护理质量的影响研究

Study on the effect of labelolol and music therapy on delivery outcomes and quality of postpartum care in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension

目的:探讨拉贝洛尔联合音乐疗法对妊娠高血压患者分娩结局及产后护理质量的影响。方法:选取2018年2月—2019年11月收治的妊娠高血压孕妇108例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组54例。对照组给予拉贝洛尔治疗并给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予音乐疗法,比较两组患者治疗前后患者血压变化、抑郁量表(SDS)评分变化、分娩结局及产后不良反应发生率。结果:护理后,观察组患者舒张压及收缩压均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的不同分娩结局比较,差异无统计学意义;观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:拉贝洛尔联合音乐疗法可显著改善妊娠高血压患者的产后抑郁及血压,降低产后不良反应发生率,提高护理质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of laberolol and music therapy on delivery outcomes and quality of postpartum care in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods:A total of 108 pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension who were admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to November 2019 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given labelol combined with conventional nursing treatment.The observation group was given music therapy based on the control group.The blood pressure changes,depression scale(SDS)score changes,childbirth outcome and postpartum adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after nursing treatment.Results:After nursing,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the patients in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05),and the SDS scores of the patients in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).The difference was not significant,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laberolol and music therapy can significantly improve postpartum depression and blood pressure in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension,reduce the incidence of postpartum adverse reactions and improve the quality of postpartum care.
