Study on the Cluth's Effect on Engine Based on Two Cases of Un-normal Engine Speed Problem

通过两例发动机转速异常表现故障的分析、处理,指出离合器对动力传输的影响,以及对发动机转速信号的干扰问题。在解决发动机转速问题时,需要从车辆整体考虑,不能因发动机问题而将思维限制在发动机上。

Two cases of un-normal engine speed problem were solved,one case was caused by cluth disc's abnormal wear,the other case was caused by the powder which came from cluth disc's wearing.The cluth disc affect the engine speed,sometimes the powder caused by cluth disc's wearing will disturb engine speed signal.We should consider the whole vehicle system when engine speed is un-normal.
