基于不解体检测的发动机废气再循环系统检修

摘要 随着科学技术的发展,汽车的应用已经逐渐普及,汽车尾气引起了人们的广泛重视。汽车发动机在运转的过程中会排放许多污染环境的气体,排放的控制系统就是把汽车尾气进行合理的转化,尽可能的减少有害气体的排放,把其转化成无害气体排放出去,由于排放控制系统的组成较为复杂,所以发生故障是常有的事。本文讲述了发动机ECR装置的组成结构、原理和检修方法,分析了较为常见的故障,从而促进检修工作的开展。 With the development of science and technology,the application of the automobile has been gradually popular,automobile exhaust caused people's extensive attention.Car engine in the process of operation of gas emit a lot of environmental pollution,emissions control system is reasonable transformation,the car tail gas as much as possible to reduce the harmful gas emissions,and put it into harmless gases out,due to the composition of emission control system is more complicated,so failure is often the case.This paper describes the structure,principle and maintenance method of engine ECR device,analyzes the common faults,so as to promote the development of maintenance work.
