The class management of the head teacher can have an important impact on the study,life and growth of senior middle school students.In the current stage of senior middle school education,there are still some problems in the class management of some head teachers,which lead to the students'learning efficiency can not be improved,students'ability can not be cultivated,and can not help students establish the correct"three outlooks".Combined with the educational practice,this paper analyzes and discusses the problems and countermeasures of the class management of senior middle school head teachers.
