The key to improve the quality of mathematics teaching in rural junior middle school is to cultivate students'autonomous learning ability.Mathematics teachers should consciously shoulder this important task,actively adopt corresponding strategies,stimulate students'interest in learning mathematics,highlight students'dominant position,teach students learning methods,guide students to learn the way of learning,expand students'learning space,and gradually cultivate students'ability of autonomous learning mathematics,so that students can truly become masters of mathematics learning.
