乡村民宿发展中诚信经营再认识——基于近代闽东地区民间契约文书的考察

Re-understand Honest Management in Rural Homestay Development——An Investigation Based on the Non-governmental Contract Documents in Eastern Fujian Area in Modern Times

乡村民宿快速发展的同时,其诚信经营问题也需要与时俱进地再认识。本研究从民宿消费网络关于诚信经营的评价出发,基于近代闽东地区契约文书的考察,采用内容分析法再认识民宿诚信经营,研究表明:责权明确、公平交易是乡村民宿诚信经营的重要前提;合理使用在线技术是乡村民宿诚信经营的核心要素;平台监管为主,部门监管为辅,买卖双方自觉是乡村民宿诚信经营的重要保障。

The honest management in rural homestay development needs to be re-understand by keeping up with times. This study starts from evaluations to honest management in homestay consumption network,based on investigation of non-government contract documents in eastern Fujian China,and re-understands honest management by using content analysis. The study result shows that clear responsibilities and rights,fair trading are the important premises for honest management in rural homestay;the rational use of online technology is the core element;platform supervision is the main factor,department supervision is the auxiliary,and the consciousness of both parties in buying and selling is the important guarantee for honest management in rural homestay.
