摘要
矿热炉冶炼合金过程中,不可避免地会产生大量高温烟气,如果不能及时加以利用,必然会造成能源浪费。通过准确测试矿热炉的温度、流量和成分,会发现矿热炉炉温较高,且相对稳定,且含有大量SO2、CO2气体,使用矿热炉冶炼可产生丰富的余热资源,通过能级分析法评估余热资源,能够为回收和合理利用余热资源提供一定参考。
In the process of smelting alloy in submerged arc furnace,a lot of high temperature flue gas will inevitably be produced.If it can not be used in time,it will inevitably cause energy waste.By accurately testing the temperature,flow rate and composition of submerged arc furnace,it can be found that the furnace temperature is relatively high and relatively stable,and contains a lot of SO2 and CO2 gas.Smelting with submerged arc furnace can produce rich waste heat resources.The assessment of waste heat resources by energy level analysis method can provide certain reference for the recovery and reasonable utilization of waste heat resources.
