摘要
分析了矿山机械自动化设备的金属零件维护及保养过程,基于故障预测诊断金属零件故障,预判金属零件安全使用时间,补偿矿山机械自动化设备运行金属零件功率因数,降低金属零件的损耗,实现矿山机械自动化设备的金属零件维护。针对矿山机械自动化设备的金属零件保养过程,通过定期清理金属零件以及及时置换金属零件,实现对金属零件的日常保养。
This paper analyzes the maintenance and maintenance process of metal parts of mine machinery automation equipment,diagnoses metal parts faults based on fault prediction,predicts the safe use time of metal parts,compensates the power factor of metal parts running by mine machinery automation equipment,reduces the loss of metal parts and realizes the maintenance of metal parts of mine machinery automation equipment.In view of the maintenance process of metal parts mine machinery automation equipment,the daily maintenance of metal parts is realized by cleaning metal parts regularly and replacing metal parts in time.
