摘要
本文重点针对混合用药和粒级优化工作,对提高选矿金回收率的相关工作展开了一系列分析和研究,通过大量的小型实验以及工业试验展开全面实验和验证有效证明,混合用药制度可以有效改善浮选条件,通过采取混合用药模式替代传统单一用药浮选金的方法,整体效果非常明显,在同条件下进一步提高选矿回收效率,有效控制选矿成本,提高经济效益。
In this paper,a series of analysis and research have been carried out on the related work of improving the recovery rate of gold ore dressing,focusing on the mixed medication and particle size optimization.Through a large number of small-scale experiments and industrial experiments,comprehensive experiments and verification have been carried out,which effectively proves that the mixed medication system can effectively improve the flotation conditions,and the traditional single medication flotation method can be replaced by the mixed medication mode Under the same conditions,the recovery efficiency of mineral processing can be further improved,the cost of mineral processing can be effectively controlled,and the economic benefit can be improved.
