摘要
随着节能减排工作的不断推进,液压传动系统中的节能措施越发受到重视。在设计液压传动系统时,首先,应当重视动力源的选择;其次,应当解决系统运行过程中由器械磨损所产生的能量损耗问题;最后,对液压传动系统进行调试,以保证节能措施的质量。本文针对液压传动系统中的节能措施进行分析和探讨,对其中所存在的问题提出相应的对策。
With the development of energy saving and emission reduction,more and more attention has been paid to the energy saving measures in hydraulic transmission system.In the design of hydraulic transmission system,firstly,we should pay attention to the selection of power source;secondly,we should solve the problem of energy loss caused by equipment wear in the process of system operation;finally,we should debug the hydraulic transmission system to ensure the quality of energy saving measures.This paper analyzes and discusses the energy-saving measures in the hydraulic transmission system,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems.
