日粮中添加虾青素和维生素B_(2)对蛋鸡生产性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为研究日粮中添加虾青素和维生素B_(2)对蛋鸡生产性能的影响,试验选用45周龄产蛋率和体重相近、健康的海兰褐蛋鸡600只,随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复40只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组在基础日粮中分别添加0.25%虾青素+5.0 mg/kg维生素B_(2)、0.25%虾青素+8.0 mg/kg维生素B_(2)、0.25%虾青素+11.0 mg/kg维生素B_(2)、0.25%虾青素+14.0 mg/kg维生素B_(2)。预试期7 d,各组均饲喂基础日粮。正试期28 d,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别饲喂配方饲料,共35 d。结果表明:(1)试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组产蛋率分别较对照组提高2.89%、4.14%、5.01%(P<0.05)。(2)试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组平均蛋重分别较对照组增加1.69%、2.51%、3.38%、3.93%(P<0.05)。(3)试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组料蛋比分别较对照组降低2.22%、6.67%、11.85%、12.59%(P<0.05)。综上,日粮中添加虾青素和维生素B_(2)能提高蛋鸡的生产性能,且添加0.25%的虾青素和14.0 mg/kg维生素B_(2)效果最佳。 The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effect of astaxanthin and vitamin B_(2)on production performance in Hyline Brown layer.A total of 600 healthy Hyline Brown layers of 45 weeks old were randomly divided into 5 groups,with 3 replicates in each group and 40 layers in each replicate.The control group was fed basal diet.The experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳwere separately supplemented 0.25%astaxanthin and 5.0 mg/kg vitamin B_(2),0.25%astaxanthin and 8.0 mg/kg vitamin B_(2),0.25%astaxanthin and 11.0 mg/kg vitamin B_(2),0.25%astaxanthin and 14.0 mg/kg vitamin B_(2)in basal diet.The pre-test period was 7 days.Each group was fed basal diet.The trial period was 28 days.The control group was fed basal diet.Experimental groups were respectively fed formula feed of test groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ.The experiment lasted 35 days.The results showed as follows:(1)The laying rate of experimental groupsⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳwere 2.89%,4.14%,5.01%(P<0.05)higher than the control group,respectively.(2)The average egg weight of experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳwere increased by 1.69%,2.51%,3.38%,3.93%(P<0.05)compared with the control group,respectively.(3)The ratio of feed to egg of experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳwere 2.22%,6.67%,11.85%,12.59%(P<0.05)lower than the control group,respectively.It was concluded that astaxanthin and vitamin B_(2)could improve production performance of layers.The suitable level of dietary was 0.25%astaxanthin and 14.0 mg/kg vitamin B_(2)in the whole period.
