党建“6S”管理助推国企党建与生产柔性融合

Promoting the Flexible Integration of Party Building and Production in State-Owned Enterprises by"6S"Management of Party Building

随着国有企业改革的不断深化,企业党建工作开展面临着许多新情况、新挑战。如何在企业改革中充分调动职工群众的积极性和创造性,卓有成效地推动党建工作,是当前党建工作的一个重要课题。论文通过对“6S”管理理念融入党建工作中进行分析,探索建立与企业管理制度相适应的党建“6S”管理工作运行机制,推动党建与中心工作的柔性融合,真正发挥党建工作在企业各项工作中的引领作用。

With the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises,the development of Party building work in enterprises is facing many new situations and challenges.How to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the workers and staff in the enterprise reform and effectively promote the Party building work is an important topic in the current Party building work.This paper analyzes the integration of"6S"management concept into the Party building work,explores the establishment of the"6S"management operation mechanism of the Party building which is suitable for the enterprise management system,promotes the flexible integration of the Party building and the central work,and truly exerts the leading role of the Party building work in all the work of the enterprise.
