Exploration and Analysis of Strengthening the Construction of Primary-Level Branches in Enterprises

在我国企业的发展中,基层支部在其中起着十分关键的作用。因此,企业在开展各项业务的过程中,需要加强基层支部的建设。论文对加强基层支部建设的作用进行分析,对当前企业在支部建设中存在的问题进行研究,并论述加强基层支部建设的方式方法。

In the development of China's enterprises,the primary-level branches play a key role.Therefore,in the process of carrying out various businesses,enterprises need to strengthen the construction of primary-level branches.This paper analyzes the role of strengthening the construction of primary-level branches,studies the problems existing in the construction of branches in enterprises at present,and discusses the ways and methods of strengthening the construction of primary-level branches.
