榜样教育在高校思想政治教育中的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of the Model Education in Ideological and PoliticalEducation in Colleges and Universities

在提升高校思想政治教育的吸引力、说服力与可接受性方面,榜样教育发挥着其独特价值,同时也存在榜样选择的针对性不够、教育深度有限、效果难以持续的主要问题。基于此,本文提出了榜样教育在高校思想政治教育中的优化路径,分别是榜样选择坚持邻近性和真实性、榜样教育内容与形式高度融合、榜样教育过程应注重持续强化。

In promoting the attractiveness,persuasiveness and acceptability of ideological and politicaleducation in colleges and universities,the model education plays its unique value,but at the same time,itbrings some main problems such as the insufficient pertinence of model selection,limited depth of educationand unsustainable effect.Based on this,this paper puts forward the optimization paths of model education,which are the adherence to the proximity and authenticity of the model selection,the high integration of thecontent and form of the model education and the continuous strengthening of the model education process.
