摘要
本研究基于增强现实技术构建3D打印机虚拟装配系统。通过Unity 3D游戏开发引擎配合Vuforia SDK搭建出AR环境,使用3Ds Max建模软件构建出3D打印机的整体模型并制作打印机装配以及工作流程动画,配合由Photoshop排版制作的纸质宣传册,最终发布于Android手机端,完成基于AR技术的装配系统开发,具备视频播放、动画展示以及人机交互等功能。本研究重点对AR开发中最核心的跟踪注册技术进行论证,同时采用ORB算法完成自然特征点的检测与匹配,以充分提高系统的运行效率。
In this study,a virtual assembly system for 3D printer based on augmented reality technology was set up.Through the Unity 3D game development engine and the Vuforia SDK augmented reality development kit to build an AR environment.The 3Ds Max modeling software was used to build the overall model of the 3D printer and make printer assembly and workflow animations.Combined with the paper brochure made by Photoshop,it was finally released on the Android mobile phone to complete the development of the augmented reality assembly system with functions such as video playback,animation display and human-computer interaction.Tracking registration technology is the core technology in AR development.A suitable tracking registration algorithm can effectively improve system performance.The ORB algorithm has the characteristics of high recognition efficiency and fast calculation speed.Using the ORB algorithm to complete the detection and matching of natural feature points can fully improve the operating efficiency of the system.
