摘要
强制密封球阀是一种利用凸轮机构原理实现阀门无摩擦启闭的新型管线球阀,它通过阀杆强制机械力来建立可靠的密封,其是一种设计理念先进、密封结构新颖的高性能球阀。本文主要介绍强制密封球阀的工作原理、力学分析、结构设计及优化方法。
Forced-seal ball valve is a new type of pipeline ball valve which realizes valve opening and closing without friction by CAM mechanism and reliable sealing performance is established through the forced mechanical force of valve stem.It is a high performance ball valve with advanced design concepts and novel sealing structure.This paper introduces its operating principle,mechanical analysis,structure design and optimization method.
