摘要 磁弹性传感器是用于测量轧机轧制力、钢带张力的一种测力传感器,为保证其输出信号稳定、精确,要求励磁电流具有高稳定性。本文着重探讨了产生励磁信号的信号发生器和恒流输出的功率放大器。励磁信号发生器输出标准正弦波的频率和幅值非常稳定,从而在信号源上确保励磁电流信号的稳定性和精确度。双闭环设计的恒流功率放大器,输出电流密切跟随励磁信号,在磁弹性传感器内建立起稳定的磁场,从而保证被测力值的准确性。 Magnetoelastic sensor is a kind of force sensor used to measure rolling force and steel belt tension of rolling mill.In order to ensure the stability and accuracy of its output signal,high stability of excitation current is required.In this paper,the signal generator generating excitation signal and the power amplifier with constant current output are discussed.The frequency and amplitude of the output standard sine wave of the excitation signal generator are very stable,so as to ensure the stability and accuracy of the excitation current signal on the signal source.The output current of the constant current power amplifier with double closed-loop design closely follows the excitation signal to establish a stable magnetic field in the magnetoelastic sensor,so as to ensure the accuracy of the measured force value.
