Methods and Research Prospect for Deep Learning For variant Calling

近年来.深度学习的火热使得传统的基因变异鉴定领域发生了巨大的变化。研究人员将深度学习方法与传统基因变异鉴定方法相结合,试图寻找基因变异鉴定的新方向。本文首先介绍目前两类不同的深度学习用于基因变异鉴定的方法,对其进行总结,着重分析两种方法的特点并进行对比。最后对未来深度学习方法的基因变异鉴定的研究方向,进行展望。

In recent years, deep learning has led to dramatic changes in the field of traditional variant calling. Researchers have combined deep learning methods with traditional variant calling methods in order to try to find new directions for variant calling. This paper firstly introduces two different types of deep learning methods for variant calling, summarizes them, focuses on the characteristics of the two methods and compares them. Finally, the future research direction of deep learning methods for genetic variation identification is presented.
