目的构建科学、系统、实用的机动卫勤分队消毒供应模块岗位胜任力评价指标体系,为训练和考评提供参考。方法结合胜任力特征理论,通过文献分析法和小组访谈法初步拟定机动卫勤分队消毒供应模块岗.位胜任力指标体系框架,采用德尔菲专家咨询法对18名专家进行2轮专家咨询,确定各级指标及权重分值,构建机动卫勤分队消毒供应模块岗位胜任力评价指标体系。结果构建的机动卫勤分队消毒供应模块岗位胜任力评价指标体系涵盖一级指标6项,二级指标35项,咨询专家积极性、权威程度及可信度高。结论本研究构建的机动卫勤分队消毒供应模块岗位胜任力评价指标体系具有较好的科学性、系统性和实用性。

Objective To construct a scientific,systematic and pragmatic post competence appraisal system for mobile medical squad sterilization supply department for the reference of training and evaluation.Methods Based on the features and theories of competence,to preliminarily work out the post competence appraisal system framework for mobile medical squad sterilization supply department;by means of the Delphi Method,to consult 18 experts in 2 rounds and determine the indicators and respective weighted scores so as to fully set up the post competence ap-praisal system for mobile medical squad sterilization supply department.Results The setup post competence appraisal system for mobile medical squad sterilization supply department entails 6 Gradel indicators and 35 Grade-2 indicators,with high initiative of consulting experts and authoritative creditability.Conclusion The system to be constructed under the thesis enjoys excellent scientific,systematic and practical use.
