摘要
沃溪坑口采矿重心已下移至深部,现有的竖分条废石胶结充填采矿方法存在生产效率低、作业安全隐患大、充填质量低等问题。针对现存问题,从技术、管理和经济角度展开分析,从采用高效率设备、先进的充填工艺两方面对采矿方法进行优化,并进行了现场工业试验,实践表明,采矿方法优化后,单个采场生产能力达到45t/d~70t/d,生产效率150t/(d·台)~200t/(d·台),贫化率8%,损失率5%,充填效率200m3/班,主要技术经济指标得到明显提升。
The key mining of Woxi pithead has been moved down to the deep,and the existing vertical stripped waste rock cemented filling mining method has the problems of low production efficiency,big hidden danger for operation,low filling quality and so on.In view of the existing problems,analysis was carried out from the technical,management and economic aspects,and the mining method was optimized from aspects of high-efficiency equipment and advanced filling technology.Then,the field industrial test was put forward.The practice shows that after the optimization of the mining method,the main technical and economic indicators have been significantly improved.The production capacity of a single stope reaches 45~70 t/d,the production efficiency of unit shift is 150~200 t/d,the dilution rate is 8%,the loss rate is 5%,and the filling efficiency is 200 m3/shift.
