缓倾斜中厚矿体采矿方法研究 被引量:13

Study on the Mining Method of Gently-inclined and Medium-thick Ore Body

摘要 某矿体倾角为20°~30°,厚度为4m~15m,属于缓倾斜中厚不稳固矿体,开采过程中存在放矿难度大和顶板管控手段复杂等问题。为此,提出了中深孔菱形矿房分段充填采矿法,并对该采矿方法的工艺进行了详细的介绍。现场应用表明,该方法采场生产能力为400t/d,贫化率为11.3%,损失率为13.5%,且作业人员无需在暴露的顶板下作业,保障了人员和设备的安全,实现了缓倾斜中厚不稳固矿体的安全、高效回采。 An ore body with the angle of 20°~30° and thickness of 4~15 mbelongs to the gently-inclined and medium-thick ore body.The mining of this kind of ore body encounters some problems,such as large ore drawing difficulty and complex roof control.Therefore,sublevel filling method with medium-length hole and rhombic room was proposed.And its process was introduced in detail.The field application shows that the stope production capacity of this method reaches 400 t/d,dilution rate is 11.3%,and loss rate is 13.5%.Moreover,workers do not need to work under the exposed roof,so the safety of personnel and equipment is ensured.Finally,this method realizes the safe and efficient mining of gently-inclined and medium-thick unstable ore body.
