摘要
针对液压支架上的矿用电磁先导阀,提出了两种不同磁轭结构的音圈电机作为先导阀上的电机械转换器,建立了音圈电机的机、电、磁耦合动态数学模型,通过Ansoft Maxwell分析比较两种不同的磁轭结构对音圈电机电磁力特性的影响,测得有径向磁轭结构的音圈电机其电磁力峰值可达5.2N,相比另一结构提高了24%。研究了径向磁轭厚度、气隙以及磁轭宽度对电磁力的影响,得出径向磁轭厚度越大,气隙越小,内磁轭越宽,电磁力越大的结论。
Aiming at the mine electromagnetic pilot valve in the hydraulic support,two voice coil motors with different yoke structures were proposed as the electro-mechanical converter in the pilot valve,and the dynamic mathematical model of mechanical,electrical and magnetic coupling of voice coil motor was established.The influences of two different mechanical structures on the force displacement characteristics of the voice coil motor were analyzed and compared by Ansoft Maxwell.It is concluded that the force displacement characteristics of the voice coil motor with radial yoke were better,and the electromagnetic force peak value can reach 5.2 N,which was 24% higher than that of the another structure.Furthermore,the influences of the radial yoke thickness,the air gap and the width of the yoke on the electromagnetic force were studied.The results show that the larger the radial yoke thickness,the smaller the air gap and the wider the inner yoke,the greater the electromagnetic force.
