城市垃圾矿山深井废弃空间处置选址安全评价 被引量:3

Safety Evaluation of Site Selection of Municipal Waste Disposal in Deep Mine

摘要 针对大量废弃矿山地面塌陷、环境破坏等问题,结合城市垃圾处置难度大的特点,提出用城市垃圾填充矿山深井废弃空间的处置技术。首先基于核废料、油气等物质深地处置及国外的废弃物地下处置的经验,结合城市垃圾地下处置选址的特点,分析了城市垃圾深井处置的安全保护,并提出了选址安全的关键影响因素。其次,对选址的关键影响因素进行了评价分级,并提出了多因素耦合评判选址方法。最后,对济宁二号矿93-05工作面的垃圾地下处置条件进行评价,验证了主要影响因素的合理性与评价方法的可行性。 Aiming at the problems of ground collapse and environmental damage in a large number of abandoned mines,combined with the difficulty of municipal waste disposal,the method using municipal waste to fill the abandoned space in deep mine was proposed.Based on the deep underground disposal of nuclear waste,oil and gas,as well as the experience of waste underground disposal in abroad,and combined with the characteristics of urban waste underground disposal site,the security protection of municipal waste disposal was analyzed,and the key influencing factors of site selection safety were proposed.Then,evaluation grade of key influencing factors of site selection was carried out.A multi-factor coupling evaluation method was proposed.Finally,the underground disposal conditions of the 93-05 working face in Jining No.2 Mine were evaluated to verify the rationality of the main influencing factors and the feasibility of the evaluation method.
