摘要
从溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)、顺丁橡胶(BR)、天然橡胶(NR)、补强材料和硅烷偶联剂等方面阐述在平衡高性能轮胎湿地抓着性能、滚动阻力和耐磨性能方面新型材料,包括改性SSBR和BR、液体BR、环氧化NR、白炭黑与其他无机填料共沉形成的杂合材料、新型硅烷偶联剂等的应用技术和发展趋势。
The new material application technology and development trend in balancing wet grip performance,rolling resistance and wear resistance of high-performance passenger car tires were presented mainly from the aspects of solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber(SSBR),butadiene rubber(BR),natural rubber(NR),reinforcing materials and silane coupling agent.Particularly,the application and development of modified SSBR and BR,liquid BR,epoxidized NR,hybrid materials formed by coprecipitation of silica and other inorganic fillers and new silane coupling agents,were discussed.
