百合大枣粥改善失眠的网络营养药理学研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨百合大枣粥改善失眠的作用机制。方法:通过网络药理学方法,研究百合、大枣中活性组分的营养药理作用。利用TCMSP数据库筛选百合、大枣的活性组分和作用靶点,随后利用DrugBank数据库筛选出失眠相关的作用靶点。将百合、大枣活性成分对应的靶点与失眠相关靶点取交集,并对交集的靶点进行GO和KEGG富集分析。结果:共筛选到有效活性成分百合7种,大枣29种;作用靶点百合46个,大枣204个,其中与失眠相关的作用靶点有38个,它们主要通过胆碱能系统、5-羟色胺、GABA、cAMP等信号通路改善失眠。结论:百合大枣粥改善失眠存在多组分、多靶点和多途径作用,本研究为进一步研究失眠提供了科学基础。 Objective:To explore the mechanism of Lilii bulbus-Jujubae fructus porridge on improving insomnia.Methods:Using network pharmacology method the nutritional and pharmacological effects of L.bulbus and J.fructus were studied.Active ingredients and targets of L.bulbus and J.fructus were screened out through TCMSP database.Potential targets related to insomnia were screened out through DrugBank.The intersections of the above targets were taken for KEGG and GO enrichment analysis.Results:Totally,7 and 29 effective active ingredients were found in L.bulbus and J.fructus,respective.46 and 204 targets were screened out from L.bulbus and J.fructus,respective,in which there were 38 overlapping targets with insomnia.These targets improve insomnia mainly through cholinergic system,5-hydroxytryptamine,GABA,cAMP signaling pathways.Conclusion:L.bulbus and J.fructus possess multi-ingredients,multi-targets and multi-pathways to improve insomnia.The present study provides a scientific basis for further research on insomnia.
