摘要
本文通过炼铅底吹炉含镉烟灰水浸、中和除砷及两段锌粉置换等试验,富集铅的同时综合回收锌、镉。铅主要富集在浸出渣中,经富集后可产出铅品位55%左右浸出渣,铅回收率95%以上;镉浸出率80%以上,并通过对浸出液进行中和除砷、锌粉置换,产出含镉80%以上海绵镉。
In this paper,through the experiments of water leaching,arsenic removal by neutralizing and two-stage replacement of zinc powder,zinc and cadmium in bottom blown furnace ash were comprehensively recovered while enriching lead.Lead is mainly concentrated in leaching residue.After enrichment,the leaching residue with 55%lead grade can be produced,and the recovery rate of lead is more than 95%.The leaching rate of cadmium is more than 80%.The sponge cadmium containing more than 80%cadmium can be produced by arsenic removal and zinc powder replacement.
