China is the world's largest producer of pre-baked anode,which provides a guarantee for the production of modern large-capacity pre-baked aluminum electrolytic cell.Through independent innovation and development,a large and efficient preheating kneading machine suitable for pre-baked anode production has been successfully developed.The large high-efficiency preheating kneading machine has been applied in industrial enterprises,and the advanced technical and economic indexes,such as the increase of equipment production efficiency by 1.5 times,the increase of the yield of prebaked anode by 3%~5%on average,and the energy saving of 10%per unit output,have been obtained,and remarkable economic and social benefits have been achieved in industrial application.
